Start with a short description of your current status, purpose and planned date. You do not need to send passport scans in the first message. After reviewing the route, we will explain which records and documents are needed.
- Direct investor or dispatched employee structure
- Investor, remitter, capital contribution and shareholder relationship
- Business premises, market plan and actual operations
Documents, route checks and official information
These are preparation examples for a case review, not a complete submission list. The application route determines what you need.
- Investor identity and a short business plan describing the intended activity and role.
- Where available, investment notification, remittance and foreign-invested company records.
- Company registration, business registration and evidence of premises and actual business preparation.
Before applying
Review the investment structure and transfer route before moving funds. Company incorporation alone does not establish visa eligibility; direct investors and dispatched personnel need different evidence.
